Dr. Michael Sprintz, DO, DFASAM

PROFILE 

Dr. Michael Sprintz is a national expert on addiction and chronic pain. A passionate and engaging public speaker, software entrepreneur, and author, Dr. Sprintz trained at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center and is triple board-certified in Addiction Medicine, Pain Medicine, and Anesthesiology. He serves on the FDA’s Analgesic and Anesthetic Drug Products Advisory Committee and is the founder of Cellarian, Inc., which develops innovative software that helps healthcare providers identify and treat patients at-risk for substance use disorders. Most importantly, Dr. Sprintz is personally in recovery from opioid and alcohol addiction for over 21 years, which add up to a rare and uniquely insightful perspective.
